Can I request a refund?

We do not offer partial refunds or credits on any Moss Box subscriptions or purchases.

Subscription: We only provide refunds on your subscription if you cancel within the 14 days of sign up AND it is before we start the service by preparing your first box.

Purchases: If you change your mind about an item you purchased, you have 14 days from the day you received the item to request a full refund. Contact our support team to request a return shipping label. You must ship the item back to us, separate from your rental box, within 14 days of your refund request. Please note, £3.25 will be deducted from your refund to cover the shipping cost of the return.
