To request a refund, contact us within 14 days from the time you received the garment/garments. If you wish to return, contact our support team to request a return shipping label to ship the item back to us separately. Please note, £3.25 will be deducted from your refund to cover the shipping cost of the return. Email us at support@mossboxunlimited.co.uk. You can also call us at 0800 048 8204. Our regular support hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
