How do I redeem a gift?

Lucky you! Each gift is emailed with its unique redemption code. Simply click on the link in the email and you’ll be guided through the redemption process during which the gift will be applied automatically. If you do not already have a Moss Box subscription, the gift allows you to start a new subscription. If you are already a member, the gift gets applied to your next month(s) of service.  Please note the gift subscription will expire if not redeemed within a year after purchase.
